Hazard definitions:
  1. Fire - Use of the product may lead to a fire or the product violates federal fabric flammability regulations.
  2. Burn - Use of the product may lead to experiencing burns.
  3. Heat-Related Explosion - The product may explode unintentionally.
  4. Falling - Use of the product may cause an unintentional fall.
  5. Poisoning - Use of the product may lead to poisoning.
  6. Crash - Use of the product may lead to an unintentional crash.
  7. Entrapment -
  8. Choking - Use of the product may lead to choking, or the product violates federal toy safety standards, or the product violates federal children clothing standards (drawstrings).

Recall Remedies - 5 Years

Hazard:

The protective pin mechanism on the Magic Pocket Staffs can fail to prevent unintentional expansion, posing serious projectile and laceration hazards. Even when engaged, the expansion occurs too rapidly for consumers to react, leaving virtually no opportunity for protection.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the Magic Pocket Staff immediately and contact Xingwenfeng for a full refund. Consumers will be askedto write their initials and the current date with permanent marker on the Magic Pocket Staff and send a photo of the marked Magic Pocket Staff to nvyue_recall@163.com. Consumers will be instructed to safely expand the Magic Pocket Staff before disposal. Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product.  Do not sell or give away these hazardous products.

Hazard:

The recalled toys violate the small parts ban because the toys are intended for children under three and the toys’ xylophone screws and clock hands can detach. In addition, the toys violate the mandatory safety standard for children’s toys because the mallets have spherical ends, posing a choking hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys, take them away from children and contact Melofaver US for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the toy by writing “recalled” on all sides of the multi-sided wooden cube and cutting the playmat in half and email a photo of the destroyed toy to ATOYUSActivityCubeRecall@outlook.com. Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product.

Hazard:

The tea kettles’ handle can detach during use when heated, posing a risk of serious injury from burn hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled tea kettles immediately and contact Macy’s for a full refund in the form of a check for the purchase price. Consumers will be asked to complete a recall form at https://www.recallrtr.com/teakettle for a prepaid shipping label to return the product. No purchase receipt will be required.

Hazard:

The recalled lithium-ion battery in the power banks can overheat and ignite, posing risk of serious injury or death from fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wireless portable power banks and contact Casely for a free replacement. To receive the free replacement, consumers should go to the firm’s website and fill out the on-line form and submit two photographs; one should be the front of the power bank with the word “Recalled” and the date written on it in permanent marker. The second photograph should display the model number which is located on the back of the power bank. The photos should be uploaded to the firm’s website at https://www.getcasely.com/pages/2025-recall. Consumers should immediately dispose of the power banks in accordance with local and state regulations.

Hazard:

The recalled pressure washers lack an integral ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI), posing a serious risk of injury or death from shock and electrocution.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled pressure washers immediately and contact Agiiman for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to cut the power cord in half to destroy the pressure washer and send a photo of the destroyed pressure washer to agiimanservice@163.com. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed recalled product.

Hazard:

When first filling the recalled generator with gasoline, fuel can leak from the carburetor posing a risk of serious injury or death from fire or burn hazard. Consumers with generators that have previously been filled with enough gasoline to move the gauge off "E," or have been used without any gasoline leakage, can continue to be used.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Generac portable generator and go to https://www.generac.com/about/recalls/GP-Carburetor to check to see if your model and serial number are included in this recall. If your unit is included in the recall and has either not yet been filled with fuel or exhibited leakage after fueling as described above, please contact your dealer to arrange for free repair at the dealer’s location.

The recalled pressure washers lack an integral ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI), posing a serious risk of injury or death from shock and electrocution hazards.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled pressure washers immediately and contact Fengrong Tool for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the pressure washer by cutting the unplugged power cord and send a photo of the destroyed power washer to fengrongservice@163.com. Consumers should then dispose of the destroyed recalled product.

Hazard:

The Pet Vet Playset violates the mandatory standard for toys because the button cell batteries in the nail grinder and otoscope can be easily accessed by children.

Remedy:

Consumers should take away the nail grinder and otoscope from children immediately, stop using them and remove and properly dispose of the batteries. Consumers will be asked to throw the nail grinder and otoscope components away and send a photo of the disposed components to letorecall@outlook.com to receive a $5 refund or replacement nail grinder and otoscope.

Note: Button cell batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

Hazard:

The recalled toys violate the mandatory safety standard for children’s toys because the toy contains button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children. If button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns, and death.

Remedy:

Consumers should take the LED Finger Beam Lights away from children, stop using them immediately and contact ZMC Group for full refund or a replacement product. Consumers should remove the batteries, break each component in half and submit a photo of the destroyed pieces to recallzmctoy@gmail.com

Note: Button cell batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

The portable hook-on chairs violate the mandatory safety standard for portable hook-on chairs because the crotch restraint can be removed, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a fall. 

Consumer Action:

CPSC urges consumers to stop using the portable hook-on chairs immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous products.

Hazard:

The magnetic toy sets violate the mandatory standard for toys because when pulled apart, the figures’ arms and legs liberate magnets that are stronger than permitted and fit within CPSC’s small parts cylinder, posing a risk of serious injury or death if ingested by children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or other metal objects, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death.

Consumer Action:

CPSC urges consumers to stop using the magnetic stick figures toy sets immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous magnetic toy sets.

When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail, or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.

Consumer Action:

CPSC is warning consumers to stop using Apromise Portable Outdoor Grill Tables, Model GCNJ2401B, immediately due to the risk of fingertip amputation and crushing injuries when the products fold or collapse. 

Consumer Action:

CPSC urges consumers to stop using the grill tables immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous products.

The “Relaxing Baby” Swim Floats can flip over and/or submerge the occupant underwater, posing a risk of drowning to infants and toddlers.

 

Consumer Action:

CPSC urges consumers to puncture the plastic in any location where the product can inflate and dispose of the swim float immediately. Do not sell or give away these hazardous swim floats.

Hazard:

The pressure washers lack an integrated immersion protection device on or near the power plug, also known as a Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI), posing a risk of death or serious injury due to electrocution and shock. These pressure washers do not comply with the applicable voluntary standard.

Consumer Action:

CPSC urges consumers to stop using the pressure washers immediately, and destroy them by unplugging, cutting the power cord, and disposing of them.  Do not sell or give away these hazardous pressure washers.

Using the Rozato Tabletop Fire Pits can result in uncontrolled pool fires where flames burn across the surface of pooled or spilled alcohol, as well as flame jetting from fuel containers, resulting in serious or fatal burns.  

Consumer Action:

CPSC urges consumers to stop using the fire pits immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous products.

Report an unsafe product
