Description:

This recall involves following 2011 Precedent golf cars. The model and serial numbers are located above the passenger's side floor board. "Club Car" is printed on the front of the golf cars.

Remedy:

Consumers should stop using the recalled golf cars and contact Club Car for a free inspection and replacement of the fuel tank. The firm is directly contacting consumers who purchased the golf cars.

Incidents/Injuries:

Club Car has received three reports of incidents involving fuel tank seams splitting. No injuries or fires have been reported.

Authorized Club Car dealers nationwide from April 2011 through May 2011 for between $8,000 and $9,200.
