WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), J.C. Penney, of Plano, Texas, is voluntarily recalling about 2,400 Breyer 2006 Stirrup Ornaments. Surface paints on the ornaments contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.

Description: The recall involves a stirrup-shaped ornament with a white prancing horse and blue ribbons. "2006" is stamped on the rim of the ornament.
