Description:

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using Monkey Mania Nuclear Bubble Berettas immediately because the firework toys can produce high temperatures capable of traveling substantial distances that can ignite fabrics, posing a risk of serious injury or death from burn hazard. 

CPSC urges consumers to stop using the fireworks immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous fireworks. 

The Chinese manufacturer, Raccoon Fireworks, has not agreed to an acceptable recall of these products. 

The products were manufactured in China. 

This warning involves all Raccoon Fireworks Monkey Mania Nuclear Bubble Beretta Firework Toys, model MM0799. The product consists of a bubble gun “holder” and five insert fireworks, classified as either “fountain” or “smoke.” This warning does not apply to the “smoke” effect insert. The primary component is a bright orange and blue plastic battery-powered bubble gun with a trigger switch, bubble liquid canister, and a slot to insert a cylindrical firework. The Monkey Mania logo and the model number MM0799 are printed on the packaging. The five individual inserts, representing five different pyrotechnical effects, are labeled as MM079A, MM0799B, MM0799C, MM0799D and MM0799E.
