Description:

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), First & Main Inc., of Lombard, Ill. is voluntarily recalling 2,300 Flutterby Plush Toys. The decorative gem stone on the toy's wings could detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Description: This Flutterby plush toy is a winged horse. These pink, blue or purple toys have small plastic gem stones attached to the horse's wings. The toys have labels reading, "First & Main, Inc., Lombard, IL, Flutterby, Item No. 4005."

Sold At: Flower shops and small gift shops nationwide from July 2002 through November 2002 for about $15.
