The toys are intended for children under three years of age and violate the small parts and small ball bans, posing a deadly choking hazard. The toys also violate the mandatory safety standard for toys because the drumsticks that come with the xylophone have spherical ends that can pose a choking hazard, and the cord included with the toy clock exceeds 12 inches in length.
CPSC urges consumers to stop using the toys immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous toys.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to stop using 5-IN-1 Toddler Musical Instruments immediately.
CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Wenzhou Mankou Trading Co., Ltd. doing business as Genai-Flash Delivery, of China, but the seller has not responded to the Notice of Violation.
About 380 units were sold online at Shein.com from August 2025 through December 2025 for about $10 to $20. The toys may have also been sold by various third-party sellers and on other websites.
The toys are a set comprised of various instruments (bell sticks, xylophone, maracas and castanets) and toys (stacking rings with ball, beads on wire, shape sorter, clock puzzle and fidget snake) painted in a variety of colors.
These products were manufactured in China.
CPSC urges consumers to stop using the toys immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous toys.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is charged with protecting the public from unreasonable risk of injury associated with the use of thousands of types of consumer products. Deaths, injuries, and property damage from consumer product-related incidents cost the nation more than $1 trillion annually. Since the CPSC was established more than 50 years ago, it has worked to ensure the safety of consumer products, which has contributed to a decline in injuries associated with these products.
Federal law prohibits any person from selling products subject to a Commission ordered recall or a voluntary recall undertaken in consultation with the CPSC.
