The sides are too low to contain an infant, and the enclosed openings at the end of the loungers are wider than allowed, posing serious risks of fall and entrapment hazards.
CPSC urges consumers to immediately stop using the baby loungers, remove the foam padding, cut the cover in half, and dispose of the cover and padding. Do not sell or give away these hazardous baby loungers.

Product Safety Warning Details
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to immediately stop using XZV baby loungers because the loungers violate the mandatory safety standard for Infant Sleep Products. The sleeping pad is too thick, posing a suffocation hazard. The sides are too low to contain an infant, and the enclosed openings at the end of the loungers are wider than allowed, posing serious risks of fall and entrapment hazards. Also, the baby loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants and can cause death or serious injuries.
CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Qingdaoyouyiyingdianzishangwuyouxiangongsi, of China, doing business as YYY-US. YYY-US has not agreed to recall these baby loungers or offer a remedy to consumers.
About 100 baby loungers were sold online on Walmart.com from August 2025 through October 2025 for about $35. The baby loungers also may have been sold by various third-party sellers and on other websites.
The loungers include a foam sleeping pad and padded bumpers with a cloth cover. The loungers were sold in the following prints: animal, star, pink forest, sea, leaf, and mint green. “XZV baby Walkers” is printed on a label stitched on the outside of the baby lounger’s cover. The model number is printed on a label stitched on the inside of the baby lounger’s cover.
These products were manufactured in China.
CPSC urges consumers to immediately stop using the baby loungers, remove the foam padding, cut the cover in half, and dispose of the cover and padding. Do not sell or give away these hazardous baby loungers.
Parents and caregivers are reminded:
- The best place for an infant to sleep is on a firm, flat surface in a crib, bassinet or play yard.
- Use a fitted sheet only and never add blankets, pillows, padded crib bumpers, or other items to an infant’s sleeping environment.
- Infants should always be placed to sleep on their back. Infants who fall asleep in an inclined or upright position should be moved to a safe sleep environment with a firm, flat surface such as a crib, bassinet or play yard.
Report any incidents involving injury or product defect to CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is charged with protecting the public from unreasonable risk of injury associated with the use of thousands of types of consumer products. Deaths, injuries, and property damage from consumer product-related incidents cost the nation more than $1 trillion annually. Since the CPSC was established more than 50 years ago, it has worked to ensure the safety of consumer products, which has contributed to a decline in injuries associated with these products.
Federal law prohibits any person from selling products subject to a Commission ordered recall or a voluntary recall undertaken in consultation with the CPSC.
