The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to immediately stop using Michley pajamas. The pajamas violate the mandatory flammability standard for children’s sleepwear posing a risk of serious burn injury or death to children.
CPSC urges consumers to stop using the pajama sets immediately and dispose of them. Do not sell or give away these hazardous pajama sets.
CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Yiwu Chuanrun Trading Co., Ltd., doing business as ChuanRun Baby Supply, of China. ChuanRun Baby Supply has not responded to the Notice of Violation.
The one-piece pajamas are green with a dinosaur patch. CPSC is aware that the firm also sold pajamas in pink with a bunny patch, yellow with a giraffe patch and purple with a rabbit patch; and in sizes 80 through 130. “Michley” and the size are printed on a sewn-in seam label.
