WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is warning consumers to immediately stop using the Glow Sticks Party Pack Toy Sets because they violate the mandatory standard for toys. The bunny ears, party glasses, finger lights and light-up foam glow sticks within the set contain button cell batteries that can be easily accessed and opened by children, posing a deadly ingestion hazard to children.
CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Huizhoushiaidajinshangmaoyouxiangongsi, doing business as Maryhonkui, of China. Maryhonkui has not agreed to recall the sets or offer a remedy to consumers.
The Glow Sticks Party Pack Toy Sets were sold online at Amazon.com from September 2024 through October 2025 for about $30.
The sets include 12 bunny ears, 12 party glasses, 100-piece glow bracelets, 24 light-up LED finger lights and 12 light-up foam glow sticks. The products come in red, blue, green, yellow, purple, white and pink.
These products were manufactured in China.

Note: Button cell and coin batteries are hazardous. The button cell batteries in the Glow Sticks Party Pack Toy Set should be disposed of or recycled following local hazardous waste procedures.
