Recall Details
This recall involves color changing projection night lights with a rotating plug and dome top with LED lights that change colors from red, blue and green. “Made in China” and “0.6W 60Hz 120VAC” are etched in the plastic base of the night lights near the plug component.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled projection night lights and contact the firm for instructions to receive a full refund including shipping. All known purchasers were notified directly about the recall.
The firm has received seven reports of sparks, smoke and damage to outlets. No injuries have been reported.

The recalled high chair activity centers violate the federal regulations for high chairs and stationary activity centers. The recalled magnetic Multifunctional Puzzle Crab Toy set violates the mandatory federal regulation for magnet toys, posing an ingestion hazard. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.
The detachable tissue box toy can come apart, exposing the small support brackets, posing a choking hazard to young children.
The recalled bath seats violate the federal safety regulation for infant bath seats because the bath seat is unstable and can tip over while in use, and the leg openings are too wide, allowing a baby to slip out of the seat, posing a risk of serious injury or death to babies from drowning.
The yolk of the toy egg can crack and create small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Deaths, injuries, and property damage from consumer product-related incidents cost the nation more than $1 trillion annually. Since the CPSC was established more than 50 years ago, it has worked to ensure the safety of consumer products, which has contributed to a decline in injuries associated with these products.
