Recall Details

Description:

The recalled footrests are black and made of plastic. The Fellowes brand item #80309 can be found on the serial label at the bottom side of the footrest, which can be identified by Revision or letter "A" on the label, which appears after the date code.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled heated footrest and contact Fellowes to arrange for the return and replacement of the product or a full refund.

Incidents/Injuries:

No injuries were reported.

Sold At:
Business to Business resellers only, including Office Depot Business Services Division, SP Richards, Staples Advantage, United Stationers, Tri-Mega, and WW Grainger. These products were not sold in retail locations. The footrests sold from October 2009 through January 2010 for about $73.
