Description:

This recall involves the Natural Sense foam blocks with cotton covers intended to be used as a mattress. The foam block was sold in the following sizes:

Foam mattresses that have a cover with a gold ribbon pattern and a label stating "This mattress meets the requirements of 16 CFR Part 1633 (federal flammability (open flame) standard for mattress sets) when used without a foundation or with foundations" are not included in this recall.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately contact Foamorder.com to determine if their mattress is included in the recall, and if it is, to receive a free additional cover to be placed over their mattress.
