Recall Details
The recalled children's blankets are 14 inches square with an animal head sewn in the middle. The satin border around the outside edge is about one inch wide. The blankets were sold in the following styles:

The style number, followed by the P.O. number, is identified on a white tab sewn into the blankets behind the Douglas red label.
Consumers should take the blankets away from children immediately and return it to Douglas for a free replacement blanket or credit toward another item of equal value.
The firm has 18 reports of the satin separating from the blanket. No injuries have been reported.
