WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), J.C. Penney, of Plano, Texas, is voluntarily recalling about 19,000 Deluxe Wood Art Sets. Surface paint on the outside of the wooden box contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
