Description:

The recycled silk floor mats measure 2 ft. by 3 ft. They were sold in a variety of color stripe combinations. "World Market" and "SKU 441536" are printed on the mat's white care label sewn into the bottom of the mat.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled floor mats and return them to any Cost Plus World Market store for a full refund.

Incidents/Injuries:

Cost Plus is aware of one incident in which a tack was discovered in a mat by a consumer. No injuries have been reported.

Cost Plus World Market stores nationwide from June 2011 through May 2012 for about $17.
