Individuals who believe they have been discriminated against because of: RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORGIN, AGE (40+), SEX (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), PHYSICAL/ MENTAL DISABILITY, GENETIC INFORMATION and/or REPRISAL in an employment matter subject to the control of CPSC may initiate a complaint. Individuals must initiate contact with the EEO office within 45 calendar days of the date of the alleged discriminatory act.
