Description:

This recall involves Home Depot's Hampton Bay-branded Niles Park Collection patio sets. The bronze patio sets are made of cast aluminum and woven fabric with brown or tan cushions, or cushions with a generic fabric to allow for custom covers. Patio sets were sold in combinations of four rocking chairs and a tile-top fire pit; and two rocking chairs, a love seat and a rectangular coffee table. The chairs were also sold separately in sets of two rockers. SKU number 658479, 658480, 658485, 658486, 662696, 682688 or 1000051056 is located on a label on the lower cross bar along the back of the recalled chairs.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the rocking chair of their patio sets and contact Dimension Industries for a full refund for the complete patio set or for the sets of two chairs if purchased separately.

Incidents/Injuries:

The firm has received three reports of the rocking chairs breaking. No injuries have been reported.

The Home Depot stores nationwide and online at HomeDepot.com from October 2014 through January 2015 for between $280, for two chairs, and up to $1,000, for a patio set.
