This recall involves the oversized 26-point Morovian Star Pendant chandeliers made of antiqued mirrored glass and metal. The pendants are 19 inches in diameter with a 6 inch chain. The star-shaped pendants can be hardwired to a ceiling's outlet and contain a circular, black ceiling connection cover with a chain to the pendant. The pendants come in two styles or SKUs depending on whether they require a compact florescent bulb or non-compact florescent bulb. Both styles look identical.

Consumers should immediately clear the area under the pendant chandeliers and have them removed. Contact the firm for instructions for returning the pendant chandeliers at no cost and for receiving a full refund. Pottery Barn is contacting customers directly.
Pottery Barn has received three reports of the pendant chandelier's mirrored glass detaching from the metal fixtures and falling. No injuries were reported.
