PRODUCT: Trouble Lights: Big Roc Tools Inc., of Ontario, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 18,600 trouble lights. The lights are made up of a metal back and metal caged front, with hook. The light's socket and handle are covered with orange plastic, which is attached to an orange electrical cord. There is a receptacle on the light's handle, below the black power switch. The lights are available in cord lengths of 15, 25 and 50 feet. "SJTW-A...16AWGX3C...60" is imprinted on the cord. The lights were packaged in cardboard display sleeves labeled in part, "Heavy Duty Trouble Light...Made in China". Hardware and tool stores nationwide sold the lights from March 1996 through February 1999 for about $5 to $12, depending upon the length.

PROBLEM: The lights have undersized, corroded or loose wires and exposed plug blades, presenting fire, shock and electrocution hazards.
