CPSC Staff Participating in Meeting Addressing Overloaded Consumer Fireworks

Jennifer Herdman (LSC), and other CPSC staff will participate in a virtual meeting regarding Consumer Fireworks Composition Limits and Enforcement Assistance Regarding Proliferation of Grossly Overloaded Consumer Fireworks on 05/26/2026 at 2:00pm to 3:00pm (ET). This meeting was requested by APA.
This meeting is to discuss the overloading of consumer fireworks that is being observed in industry.
