Lawrence Mella, Directorate of Engineering Sciences, and other CPSC staff will be participating in a hybrid meeting with the ASTM F15.58 subcommittee on powered scooters and skateboards.  The task group plans to meet on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ET to discuss the commercial e-scooters, self-balancing scooters, electric balance bikes, and pocketbikes.  This meeting was requested by ASTM.  For additional information, including call-in information, contact Lawrence Mella at LMella@cpsc.gov or at (301) 987-2537. Transmitted to the office of the Secretary and posted in the public calendar 11/4/2024.
