Scott Ayers of the Directorate for Engineering Sciences will participate in a virtual meeting with the ICC Ad-Hoc Battery and Energy Storage Committee on April 3, 2024 from 1pm to 2pm ET. The ad-hoc committee is looking at opportunities to develop new building code requirements to address batteries and energy storage systems. This meeting is a working group specifically studying building code issues related to micromobility system. The meeting was organized by ICC.
