Commissioner Rich Trumka will be delivering opening remarks at the “Pollution Free Cooking for the Holidays Webinar” hosted by U.S. PIRG. Presenters at the webinar will discuss the health dangers of gas stoves, the benefits of induction stoves, and the incentives that are available to help consumers make the switch. Chef Chris Galarza will demonstrate how to make one of his favorite holiday recipes on an induction stove. The webinar is open to the public. Commissioner Trumka’s staff will also be in attendance.
