Simon Lee (ESEF), and other CPSC staff will participate in a virtual meeting with the ASTM F3463 Safety of Connected Products F15.75 Connected Products Entrapment Prevention Task Group on 09/15/2026 at 1:30pm to 2:30pm (ET). This meeting was requested by ASTM.


This Task Group meeting will continue discussion of possible terminology updates and guidelines for the standard to incorporate Artificial Intelligence-integrated entrapment prevention technology and considerations.
