eFiling Resources for Brokers

Customs brokers are private individuals, partnerships, associations, or corporations licensed, regulated, and empowered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assist importers and exporters in meeting Federal requirements governing imports and exports.

For eFiling, a broker may have varying responsibilities beyond filing the entry documentation. A broker may be an Importer of Record responsible for CPSC certificate and eFiling requirements. A broker may also identify the party responsible for certification by filing CPSC's required PGA Message Set in ACE.
