Decision
The Commission voted (4-1) to withdraw the ballot vote on the Statement of Policy Regarding Crib Bumpers because Chairman Kaye and Commissioner Adler, Commissioner Robinson and Commissioner Mohorovic are instead issuing a Joint Statement Recommending Parents and Caregivers Not Use Padded Crib Bumpers. Commissioner Buerkle voted to withdraw the attached document (Statement of Policy Regarding Crib Bumpers).
