Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve publication of a Federal Register notice extending the comment period for the Commission’s notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) concerning recreational off-highway vehicles (ROVs) so that comments would be accepted until 75 days from the date the extension notice is published in the Federal Register. Commissioner Adler submitted the attached statement regarding the matter.
