Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve publication of a notice in the Federal Register, as drafted, for public comment on a petition (HP 15-1) from several petitioners requesting that the Commission initiate rulemaking to declare several categories of products
containing additive organohalogen flame retardants to be "banned hazardous substances" under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.
