Decision
The Commission voted (3-2) to approve the draft Regulatory Agenda and Plan for Fall2015,without changes. Chairman Kaye, Commissioner Adler and Commissioner Robinson voted toapprove the Regulatory Agenda and Plan for Fall2015, without changes. CommissionerMohorovic and Commissioner Buerkle voted to approve the Regulatory Agenda and Plan forFall2015, with changes. (The proposed changes are attached.) The Regulatory Agenda listsregulatory actions expected to be under development or review by the agency during the nexttwelve months and includes those that may have a significant economic impact on a substantialnumber of small entities, including small businesses. The Regulatory Plan describes significantregulatory actions. The format is specified by the Office of Management and Budget and it maybe combined with the regulatory agenda published in accordance with the Regulatory FlexibilityAct, 5 U.S.C. § 602, and Executive Order 12866. Commissioner Buerkle and CommissionerMohorovic issued the attached joint statement regarding this matter.
