Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to direct staff to draft and publish a Federal Register notice announcing a 30-day extension of the comment period (until April 15, 2015) on the Commission’s notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) concerning a prohibition of children’s toys and child care articles containing specified phthalates, to allow additional time for public comment on the NPR.
