Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve publication of a notice in the Federal Register, as drafted, for public comment on a petition ( CP 15-1) from Joyce Davis, President of Keeping Babies Safe, requesting that the Commission initiate rulemaking to ban supplemental mattresses for play yards with non-rigid sides under the Consumer Product Safety Act.
