Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve publication of a Federal Register (“FR”) notice, as drafted, extending until January 19, 2016 the comment period for the petition requesting rulemaking under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act regarding certain products containing additive organohalogen flame retardants. The FR notice additionally announces a meeting on December 9, 2015 to provide an opportunity for interested persons to present oral comments on the petition.
