Decision

The Commission voted (4-1) to approve the FY 2017 Performance Budget Request to Congress("Request'), as drafted. The FY 201 7 Request will be submitted concurrently to Congress andthe Office of Management and Budget. Chairman Kaye, Commissioner Adler, CommissionerRobinson and Commissioner Mohorovic voted to approve the FY 2017 Request, as drafted.Commissioner Buerkle voted to take other action and disapprove the FY 2017 Request.
