Decision
The Commission voted ( 4-1) to approve the Fiscal Year 2017 Performance Budget Request ("FY 2017 Budget Request"), with specified changes. (The approved changes are attached.) The FY 2017 Budget Request will be submitted concurrently to the Office of Management and Budget and to Congress. Chairman Kaye, Commissioner Adler, Commissioner Robinson and Commissioner Mohorovic voted to approve the FY 2017 Budget Request, with specified changes. Commissioner Buerkle voted to take other action and disapprove the FY 2017 Budget Request.
