Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve publication in the Federal Register, as drafted, of the notice of proposed rulemaking that would establish a safety standard for infantbouncer seats under the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, section 104 of theConsumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. The proposed rule would adopt thevoluntary standard for infant bouncer seats, with several modifications to augment theeffectiveness of the required warnings and instructions.
