The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve the draft letter denying Petition CP 10-2 &HP 10-1 , as drafted, and to approve the draft letter denying Petition CP 03-1 & HP 03-1 , asdrafted. The petitions are: Petition CP-2 & HP 10-1, Petition to Change the Bunk Bed Standard("Side Entrapment Petition') from Carol Pollack-Nelson, Ph.D., Independent Safety Consulting;and Petition CP 03-1 & HP 03-1, Petition Requesting Standard for Bunk Bed Cornerposts("Comer Post Extension Petition") from John Lineweaver, The Danny Foundation.
