Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to approve the Executive Director's recommendation with amendments for the Fiscal Year 2015 Operating Plan. Chairman Kaye introduced a Manager's Amendment that included a proposed amendment by the Chairman on Burden Reduction/ Assure Compliance, an amendment by Commissioner Buerkle on Refrigerants and an amendment by Commissioner Mohorovic on Trusted Trader. The commission approved the Manager's Amendment unanimously (5-0). Commissioner Robinson introduced an amendment on Rule Review for Fireworks approved by the Commission ( 4-1 ). The agreed upon amendments are attached.
Commissioners Buerkle and Mohorovic introduced other amendments that were not approved.
