DECISION
The Commission voted unanimously (3-0) to approve publication of the notice in the Federal Register, as drafted, issuing a final rule for beside sleepers to be codified at 16 C.F.R. parts 1112 and 1222. The final rule would establish a safety standard for bedside sleepers pursuant to the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, section 104 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
