Decision
The Commission voted unanimously (3-0) to approve publication in the Federal Register (FR) of the correction notice as proposed by staff that corrects two errors in the Federal Register notice dated October 23, 2013 (78 FR 63019), the Safety Standard for Bassinets and Cradles: Final Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 1218, under section 104(b) of the CPSIA.
