Statement on Elliot Kaye’s Nomination to Serve as Chairman of CPSC

Congratulations to CPSC Executive Director Elliot Kaye on his nomination to be the Chairman of the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  Elliot has a wealth of experience with the challenging issues we face here at the Commission.   My best wishes to him for a speedy confirmation and a smooth transition.
