Brad Gordon, Directorate of Engineering Sciences, and other CPSC staff will be participating in a meeting with the UL Handheld Steamers Task Group. The group plans to meet on September 15, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (ET) to discuss improvements to safety for handheld steamers. This meeting was requested by UL.
