ASTM F2236/F2907 Task Group
Zachary Foster (ESHF), and other CPSC staff will participate in a virtual meeting with the ASTM F2236/F2907 Task Group on 08/20/2026 at 2:00pm to 3:00pm (ET). This meeting was requested by ASTM.
The purpose of this meeting is to explore the possibility of merging ASTM F2236 (Soft Infant and Toddler Carriers) and ASTM F2907 (Sling Carriers) into a single standard and to discuss how the standard(s) can be revised to more clearly distinguish the two product categories.
