Commissioner Robert Adler and his staff will meet with Fredrik Carling, CEO of Hovding, and Heino Wendelrup, Diector of R &D of Hovding to discuss Hovding’s petition for an exemption from bike helmet testing regulations in certain circumstances. Nancy Nord and Elliot Belilos will also attend the meeting. The meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m., Bethesda Towers, Room 722. The meeting was requested by Ms. Nord.
