I applaud the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s action today to warn parents and caregivers about “Baby Loungers” due to the risk of death they pose for sleeping infants. 

CPSC issued a Notice of Violation to the seller, Poetint002 of China.  If you have one in your home or if you know someone who does, dispose of them before tragedy strikes.
