Statement of Commissioner Peter A. Feldman on the Nomination of Doug Dziak to the Consumer Product Safety Commission

I congratulate Doug Dziak on the President’s announcement that he will be nominated to serve as a Commissioner on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Doug has a distinguished record of public service, having held a number of senior roles in the United States Senate prior to joining CPSC as Chief Counsel to my office. CPSC operates best with a full slate of Commissioners, and American consumers will be well served with Doug at the agency. I look forward to working with him in his new role and wish him all the best during the confirmation process.
