Scott Ayers Attending International Code Council (ICC) Ad-Hoc Energy Storage Committee Meeting
Scott Ayers of the Directorate for Engineering Sciences will participate in a virtual meeting with the ICC Ad-Hoc Battery and Energy Storage Committee on April 25, 2024 from 2pm to 3pm ET. The ad-hoc committee is looking at opportunities to develop new building code requirements to address batteries and energy storage systems. This meeting will discuss residential energy storage system issues that can be addressed by requirements in codes and standards. The meeting was organized by ICC.
