WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Lovee Doll & Toy Co., Inc., of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 160,000 talking, electronic dolls. Buttons on the dolls' outfit could detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
