Commissioner Baiocco and staff are meeting with representatives from the ROHVA to discuss CPSC’s FY2020 Operation Plan. Specifically, ROHVA would like to discuss the language that was adopted, to terminate the proposed lateral stability mandatory rule. Additionally, ROHVA would like to discuss ongoing voluntary standards relating to debris penetration and flammability.
