WASHINGTON, DC -- Before you put out your holiday decorations this year, check to see if you have a Holiday Brass Candle Lamp, manufactured in Taiwan by Kobiiz, item number 95062. Approximately 10,000 of these lamps were sold by Loomco International, a Transfer, PA importer during last year's holiday season. Loomco is voluntarily recalling candle lamps that it sold to various retailers because of a potential electrocution hazard. Conductor wires attached at the light bulb socket may easily pull out during use.
The items recalled are eight-inch and nine-inch candle lamps, with UL-listed cords and seven watt bulbs, packaged in boxes labeled "Trimmings, Etc.," and "Handcrafted in Taiwan for Bradlees Department Stores." Bradlees previously recalled the lamps that were sold in its stores.
The retailers who also sold these lamps and are currently recalling them are:

12 - Carol Partridge of Sandy Lake, PA.
The lamps sold for about $3.00 each.
Consumers who purchased these lamps at any of the above listed stores should return them to the store where purchased for a refund. CPSC is announcing this recall as part of its mission to protect the public from unreasonable risks of injury and death associated with consumer products. The Commission's objective is to reduce the estimated 28.5 million injuries and 21,600 deaths associated each year with the 15,000 different types of consumer products under CPSC's jurisdiction.
