The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Small Business Ombudsman, Shelby Mathis, will present on Product Safety 101 and demonstrate the CPSC’s newly updated Regulatory Robot online tool to help importers determine the requirements on their products. Guadalupe Whyte and Hank Tapy of CPSC’s Import Surveillance team will also provide an overview of their office and lead hands-on demonstrations of field screening techniques.
